Shrimp & celery mix on endive leaves
For
1 pound chopped peeled cooked shrimp, chopped, use 6 ounces of crab meat, 2 celery stalks and 1/4 cup of Dijon-mayo blend. Blend everything together manually, then spoon on endive leaves to serve.
