Stuffed zucchini

Cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a small spoon. Sauté what you scoop out with grated garlic and some chopped smoked salmon or ham (unless you prefer a vegetarian version). Let cool and mix with herbs and cottage cheese and fill the zucchini halves with the mixture. Sprinkle over breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 250 C
