Grilled pork tenderloin
Clean a pork tenderloin, removing the excess fat. Prepare a marinade with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic and some liquid honey. Mix well and coat the meat, either by putting in a big ziplock bag and shaking or in a container with a lid that you can shake. Sear it on the plancha, move up to the shelf away from direct fire and cook for 15-20 minutes, then wrap in aluminium foil and let it rest.
Alternatively, brown it on all sides in a pan, then transfer to an oven-safe dish, pour in a bit of water, cover with tinfoil and cook in the oven at 200 C app. 40 minutes until the inside is at temperature.
