Ribs
Oven roasted pork ribs are easy to make - cleaning the roasting pan much harder.
Rub the ribs (1.5 kg) with oil, salt & pepper.
Prepare a marinade in a pan: 1 de-seeded and thinly hoped chili, 3-4 cm of peeled and grated ginger, 2 cloves of grated garlic, 1.5 dl apple juice, 1 dl white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 dl soy sauce and 100 grams of brown sugar. Heat and stir until the sugar is melted and the consistency is syrupy.
Put the ribs in a pan, meaty side up, coat with the marinade and cover in foil. Roast at 200 C for 70-90 minutes, until the meat easily separates from the bone. Baste every 30 minutes.
You can finish them off on the BBQ to give the skin additional crunchiness.
