Roasted Brussel sprouts
When you're tired of endless traditional Christmas meals and just want a juicy lamb chop and greens, Brussel sprouts simply cleaned, halved tossed in oil, pepper, salt & a splash of balsamic vinegar are ideal. Roast in the oven at 415 F/ 220 C for about 20 minutes, then put them back in the bowl you initially tossed them in, this time adding a spoon of honey.
