Hot & tart prawns
Remove the head and tip of the tail of the prawns and marinate for a few hours in a mixture of fresh lime & lemon juice, crushed garlic, pepper and chili flakes. Heat a pan and saute the prawns over high heat until all the liquid is absorbed.
