Oven-roasted marinated cherry tomatoes
For about 500 gr / 1 lb. of cherry tomatoes
still on the vine, mix together a marinade of balsamic vinegar (1 dl / 0.5 cup),
olive oil (0.5 dl / fourth of a cup), a spoon of brown sugar, 1 thinly sliced
garlic clove, and a few sprigs of fresh thyme. Put the tomatoes in an oven safe
dish, cover with the marinade, and cook in the oven at 200 C / 400 F for about
30 minutes.
