Vegetable and feta cheese gratin
Slice 3 zucchinis, 1 leek (poirot), 5 tomatoes and put them in an oven-safe dish, alternating layers. Salt & pepper to taste and pour over a small can of crushed tomatoes and olive oil. Cook in the oven at 200 C / 400 F for about 45 minutes. Then top with crumbled feta and return to the oven for another 30 minutes. Serve with chopped fresh basil on top.
