This is embarrassing, it's been over a year since I posted. Not that I haven't cooked in a year, or even tried a few recipes, but there's been less time to cook with a move back to France, settling in a new job and creating a new home. With local fresh produce starting to be available on the market again, it's time to get back to it though!
