Salmon with spinach and parmesan
Put baby spinach in a oven-safe dish, place (skinless) salmon fillet on top, and pour a mixture of white wine & heavy cream around the fish. Sprinkle it all with grated parmesan cheese. Cook in the oven at 175 C 350 F for ~30 minutes.
In these pictures I used 400 gr fish, 200 gr spinach, 2 dl cream and 1 dl white wine.
