Curried cauliflower soup


I'm never sure what to do when I try a recipe that turns out not to be as tasty as expected: to post or not to post? This was not a success, but I'll try it once more, cutting the garam masala in half, which is what I have here. It should lead to a lighter soup than what you can see on the picture.
Bring 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of water almost to a boil. Add 1/2 tablespoon (not 1 like I did!) of garam masala and a head of cauliflower cut into smaller pieces. Cook ~20 minutes, puree and eat warm or at room temperature.
