Lean chicken




A fast and lean way to cook chicken breasts: Put in an oven-safe dish, pour over water, some soy sauce, and herbs (tarragon, chervil, thyme, whatever you have available). Cook in the oven at 350 F / 180 C for approximately 15 minutes, turning the chicken breasts over halfway though.
Served here sliced at room temperature with Brussel sprout salad.
