Chocolate mousse
Chocolate mousse with a taste of orange. For 2: Melt 60 grams (half a chocolate bar) of dark (at least 70%) chocolate in a bain marie ("water bath" or "double-boiler" in English). I used a mixture of dark chocolate and chocolate with bitter orange, but you can skip that by just sticking to dark chocolate. When melted, mix in 1 egg yolk, 1 shot of espresso, 1.5 table spoons of powdered icing sugar, and 1 dl of whipped cream.
Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour (can be overnight).
