Swordfish cooked in tomato sauce
Prepare a tomato sauce (I just cook chopped tomatoes in olive oil). Put a swordfish (or tuna) steak in an ovenproof dish, season, pour over the tomato sauce and green peas (I took them frozen straight out of the bag), bake in the oven at 375 F / 190 C for about 20 minutes, serve with fresh chopped parsley sprinkled over.
