Coriander chicken
Coriander or cilantro, you say tomato and I say tomatoe. Chop boneless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces; cook in oil until brown on all sides and almost done; add a few spoons of creme fraiche (sour cream); bring to a bubble; add plenty of fresh, chopped cilantro (coriander); salt & pepper to taste, and that's it.
