Vegan 'tuna' salad
I really should come up with another name for this, since the 'vegan-ness' is beside the point, it's just a really tasty sandwich spread. Soak 1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds and 1/3 cup raw almonds overnight. Drain and mi with chopped celery (1-2 stalks), a garlic clove, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon dill weed, and 1/2 teaspoon Herbamare.
Serve as salad with sprouts or spread on wholewheat tortilla.
