Cranberry relish

OK, it looks funny, and as you mix the ingredients you wonder how anyone will ever consent to eat it, but it is actually a perfect addition to the Thanksgiving plate. Chop (or grind, if you have a manual meat grinder) 2 cups of whole raw cranberries, grate 1 onion, mix the two with 3/4 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of horseradish (comes in a bottle, the white version is stronger than the red). Freeze and start thawing in the fridge the morning before serving. Should still be cold when served. Comes out looking bubblegum pink.
