Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas (a.k.a. Garbanzo beans), pour them into a ziplock bag with oil and spices (I like curry & cardamom) and shake to coat. Spread on an oiled baking sheet and put in the oven at 400 F / 200 C for about 45 minutes, until crunchy. Let cool and serve for aperitif.
