Lamb burgers
Greek inspired lamb burgers are made with thinly* chopped olives, garlic, thyme, egg yolk and ground lamb meat mixed together. Count 500 gr (1 lb) meat for 1 dl of olives and 1 yolk. Serve with a goat cheese sauce made of crumbled goat cheese and a bit of light cream mixed together.
