Salmon and goat cheese
Salmon, goat cheese and salmon roe layered in a glass:
- Mix soft goat cheese (e.g., "Petit Billy") with a bit of cream and poppy seeds, add thinly chopped spring onions, chopped dill (fresh or dry) and some salt & pepper.
- Cut smoked salmon into small cubes (start with a thickly cut filet if possible)
- Put a layer of the cheese mix in the glass, top with salmon cubes, then add another layer of goat mix
- Decorate with a final layer of salmon roe
- Serve with a small spoon.
