Marco's Famous Burgers
(With step-by-step picture illustrations for the visual learner)
Mix together three types of ground meat: beef (1/2), lamb (1/4) and pork (1/4).
Add grated bread (or ready-made breadcumbs* if you're a modern American) [*chapelure in French] and heavy cream* [creme liquide UHT]
Add in eggs
Then make patties and cook on medium heat (covered), or seal up the un-cooked patties for freezing and later enjoyment. If you have Press'n Seal (the blue stuff on the picture), you can freeze them individually and then just thaw as many as you need. Or you can put them in small individual freezer bags.
Proportions for these pictures are: 1/2 pound beef, 1/4 pound lamb and pork, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 cup cream, and 2 eggs.
